Travel notes for athletes rowing the morning races on 5/22

• Parents have elected to be responsible for transporting & lodging this group
• All participants of the morning race on 5/22 will meet on site at: 8:30 AM (coach will communicate any time adjustments directly with athletes)

Travel notes for athletes rowing the afternoon races on 5/22

• Anyone traveling on team bus will depart from SJCI on Saturday 5/23 at: 5:30 AM
• All participants of the morning race on 5/22 will meet on site at: 10:30 AM (coach will communicate any time adjustments directly with athletes)
• Aprox Depart Time: 4:00 PM
• Aprox Return Time to SJCI: 9:00 PM

NOTES

• Covid-19 testing (required for anyone who does not meet vaccination requirements) will be on Thursday 5/20 at 8:00 AM in the SJCI Nurses Office
• Anyone traveling on team bus will be expected to pack food for the trip (bus will not stop for meals)
• Light pre race and mid day snacks will be provided by coaches
• Coaches & parents group will organize meal to be delivered and consumed after final race and before boarding bus for return trip to SJCI 
• SJCI has no control over the race schedule. Because of this all information is subject to change so be sure to check this site as well as the NYS Championships site for changes
